What is Metrocom Online?

It is the safest branch of Internet payments, where users from anywhere in the world can make payments for their services completely online in a comfortable and safe way with their credit or debit card.

It is safe to pay for Metrocom services online?

Yes, Metrocom online has the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security certificate at a minimum of 128 bits of international validity that allows the encryption or codification of data in such a way that your payments travel safely through the Internet.

How to Pay in Metrocom Online?

In Metrocom online you can pay for all your purchased services. Simply:
• Enter the Check Balance menu (shows my overdue bills and my most recent consumption pending billing)
• Then I select the services I want to pay for:
a) Telephony (I can pay my due balance or current balance of all services of this type)
• I fill in my credit card information for the processing of my transaction.
The information travels through a secure connection to the Card Authorizations server, which will authorize or reject the transaction. We accept any credit or debit card from the world brands American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners and JCB
• You will receive the result of the transaction, together with a confirmation number, which you can save or print for your control or claims management.

There are additional surcharges when paying online?

There are no surcharges for online payments, the only surcharge that exists is for payments after the 15th of each month, since USD 15.00 is charged for service bill pending payment or 15% of the value of telephone traffic if it were the if it is a bill for telephone consumption only

How and When I see reflected that I made payments?

When the transaction is confirmed, payment is immediately visible on your statement, and the various orders are generated for internal management of services paid if the case warrants.

How I can change my password?

How I can change my PIN?

• Select Change PIN
• Enter your current PIN
• Enter your new PIN
• Confirm new PIN
• Click Accept
Or you can make the change request through our Customer Service department through a written form, with your authorization.

What should I do in case of any complaint about my payments online?

Claims or Returns. In order to file a claim or request for refund of payments operations through Metrocom online, must go to the Main Office Metrocom, Located in the building Continental, Main Street Colonia Miramontes 2nd. Level, and must present proof of payment made through which justifies the value to return. This procedure must be performed within 15 days after the trade. *Metrocom takes to make the return on 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the documentation and the respective claim.

Can I make my requests or requirements of my acquired services from Metrocom Online?

In Metrocom Online I can make arrangements for my current services as well as report any problems thereof, this through the following steps:

• Select the service you wish to manage
• Enter your comment or request
• Press Send Button
